A Portfolio Review is a macro level assessment to identify risk within the portfolio effectively enabling you to better plan your capital investments.

What you receive is a report that prioritizes your properties according to the highest levels of risk in 3 categories: Safety, Compliance and Service – weighted in that order. Our staff performs a visual walk through of each property, documenting obvious areas of concern to effectively reduce uncertainty related to accessibility for those organizations that do not have a clear snapshot of the state of their buildings and public spaces.
